#CubsTogether 2020

Cub100 was great. #GetInCamp 2018 was amazing. Are you ready for Cubs Together 2020?

After a successful competition to design the camp badge (congratulations to Georgia Seamer for winning!) we are proud to release the first round of event information and to open event bookings!

Event Manual

We write the event manual assuming the reader has no knowledge of the event, which means it should contain everything you need to know. You can find the latest version of the event manual at the link below:

Booking Information

To make this process as easy as possible, we’ve created a document which explains this process in full.

Bookings Forms

This event is open to all Cubs Scouts within Warwickshire. By clicking the link below, you can find a copy of all the booking forms, each one with information on how to use them.

Parent letter templates

We’ve created a few template forms to help with communicating with parents – anyone can use these, edit them for their own needs and share them on. Hopefully this means less work for you!

There are four ways you can communicate with the event team:

  1. General questions and comments.
These can be sent via the Facebook page (www.facebook.com/warksscouts) or send via email: ask@cubstogether.co.uk
  2. Registration forms! Please sent these to registration@cubstogether.co.uk
  3. Media – if you have a safeguarding case which means a young person can’t be seen in event media, please follow the steps on Booking Form C. The email address you need for this is media@cubstogether.co.uk

Staying up to date

Warwickshire Scouts have a new Events Mailing List – this is similar to iWispa, however it only contains information about major county events. Would you like to be part of it? Sign up here!
